A friend of mine recently was involved in a hit and run infront of his house. There were car fragments left at the scene, we suspect that it is someone local and we need some clue to what it is. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

His car is a 2013 Jetta wagon the black pieces were from the car that hit him. Police claim it was a Toyota, but I'm not convinced.

Thank You OPPO!

His car was parked or it was a running collision? If it was parked, and you believe it was a local, might be a good idea to check if anyone in the area has any recent DUIs. My grandfather's car was hit, way back in 2002, in the exact same fashion, while parked in front of the house. Damage was minimal, just a few long scratches along the left doors, but we later found out it was one of the neighbors, coming home drunk one night.

The car was parked in that exact spot. Thanks we'll check for any recent DUI's in the area.

Front passenger side lower bumper piece around the fog light and top bumper piece from tire to headlight.

Luckily it looks like your friend mostly dodged a bullet in so much as it appears the dick mostly hit the plastic bits. Still, hope they get that fucker!

Well done. Unintended acceleration would be my defense. Then again, I'm not a POS who flees a wreck.

Personally I'd post a craigslist ad posing as I was selling a Corolla S bumper and see if the jerk is dumb enough to take the bait.
